How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Elpeace Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Elpeace Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Elpeace Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@elpeace.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write to Us

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Have Concerns

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
